Mr Grumpy
February 26 2012
We often get comments about our work, but we thought this was an 'interesting' one to share with the world.
"I just wanted to write to thank you for your "Gathering Stories" video, which may indeed have been as "magical" as you describe it - if I had got past the first 2 seconds or so before the sound, set loud enough to blow out my eardrums, made me shut off the video. I just wanted to congratulate you for joining the ranks of obnoxious internauts who post videos with obnoxiously loud audio, which is as moronic a thing to do as putting up a web site with shitty music that can't be turned off and enough flash-based garbage to stall and/or crash one's browser. I'm not sure if you actually care if others watch your "magical" video or not, but ambushing those who might have had even a modicum of interest in watching it, with the default volume set to maximum surely isn't the way - although if I have to spell all of this out for you, you're probably beyond hope anyway.
Yours sincerely,
XXXXXXX
