We were honoured to be asked to repackage the 5 books in Douglas Adam's Hitchhiker's trilogy. As part of the redesign we developed a limited edition DIY cover complete with sticker sheet so fans can decorate their own book.
The project grew and the marketing departments asked us to handle all aspects of print and online advertising. As part of the digital campaign we reskinned the homepage of the Macmillan website in line with the new look and created an animation featuring Marvin demonstrating the sticker cover. One of the other highlights was coming up with and delivering the Marvin the Paranoid Android depressive Twitter campaign.
