Jaffa Cakes - Jaffa Man Chronicles

Capitalising on McVitie’s Jaffa Cakes quirky appeal, Mischief PR came up with a unique viral concept that would push the brand’s Facebook ‘likes’ up to half a million.

Learning that 5.2% of the population hadn’t tasted the cakey-goodness, we chronicled the quest of Jaffa Man, who was so affronted by this alarming statistic he was prepared to trawl the length and breadth of the country to track down the ‘Jaffa virgins’. We directed, shot and edited a series of films for Facebook and a media photoshoot, charting the hope, struggle and the glory of Jaffa Man’s search.
